Welcome to the Team Just U Intranet (the "Intranet"). This website is a private internal resource provided for the use of authorized individuals only. By accessing or using the Intranet, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Access by unauthorized persons is strictly prohibited.

1. Authorized Access and Users

  • Authorized Users: Access to and use of the Intranet is restricted to current authorized staff, officers, agents, and approved service providers of Just U Dental (the "Company").

  • Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account information, including your usernames (User IDs) and passwords. You must not share your credentials with any other person or use another person's account.

  • Termination of Access: The Company reserves the right to monitor any and all activity on the system and may revoke or restrict your access at any time, with or without prior notice, at its sole discretion.

2. Confidential and Proprietary Information

Information on the Intranet, including policies, training, data, and communications, is the Company's confidential and proprietary information. This information must not be shared with external parties without explicit written authorization. Use of the Intranet is subject to monitoring, and there is no expectation of privacy regarding system activity or communication.

3. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

The Intranet is for business activities only. You agree not to use it for unlawful purposes, which include violating laws, accessing unauthorized data, posting objectionable content, interfering with the system, impersonating others, installing unapproved software, or sharing login IDs. You are responsible for any content you submit and confirm you have the necessary rights.

4. Intellectual Property

Materials on the Intranet are the Company's protected intellectual property, including copyrights and trademarks. You may download materials for authorized business use but must not remove proprietary notices. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or creation of derivative works requires written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

The Intranet and its content are provided "AS IS" without warranties. The Company doesn't guarantee content quality, accuracy, or that the system is error-free. The Company is not liable for damages from using the Intranet, relying on content, or service interruptions.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend the Company and its associates against claims arising from your Intranet use, posted content, or violation of these Terms.

7. Modifications to Terms

The Company may modify these Terms. Changes will be posted, and continued use signifies acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Colorado and the United States. Disputes will be handled in courts in the State of Colorado.
